Our story so far…

Painting has always been a fascination for our founder. Even as a child he admired how his Father, an office guy by day, could take on weekend paint projects with vigor and attention to detail. At the end of the day there wasn’t a drip on his clothes or surrounding surfaces. Incredible he thought.

As he got older he would get more involved in these DIY projects, But the seed really took root when Jonathan was asked to paint a fence for one of his parent’s friends. It was a simple task but one that gave him a great deal of pride and sense of accomplishment.

As Tall Guy Painting grew his Dad was there again to help put together his first estimate. Walking through the steps to protect the stuff not getting painted and preparing and painting the surfaces that were going to be painted. This systematic approach to our detailed quotes survives today. We try to include the small details others leave out or the product choices that will work best for your specific job.

Our jobs got bigger over time as Jonathan’s skills grew. Constant education in coatings, construction and safety are an ongoing pursuit. This academic cornerstone and 30 years of work experience put you the customer at an advantage. We want you to understand our process and why we think it is unequalled.

Commercial Painting in Amherst and Moncton are a large component of our overall offering. Time and budget are two of the major concerns our clients bring us. Our knowledge of workflow and critical path are helpful when planning a facelift or new construction for a business.
